The weather is the number one thing every bride should be thinking about if she’s having a summer wedding. If her gown is too big, it may get really hot if the wedding is outdoors. I was at a summer wedding where the bride almost fainted because she was so hot during her ceremony.

I got married in the summer and boy oh boy was it hot! We did not get married under a tent and I totally wasn’t thinking and had my girls in long gowns that were on the thicker side. for the guests I did provide them with their own personal fan in case they needed some cooling off 🙂 and there was a lot of trees that provided great shade

I was always scared to have a summer wedding. Between other stuff going on and the heat in a big dress and tux so we chose a fall wedding with the colors 🙂
