These Easter Bunny Cut Out Cookies are so easy to make because they are made with a white cake mix.

If you are looking for fun and easy to make Easter cookies,  you came to the right place.  Our Easter Bunny Cut Out Cookies are the perfect addition to your cookie recipe collection. Your whole family will love them.

Easter Bunny Cut Out Cookies

Easter Bunny Cut Out Cookies.

Ingredient that you will need:

1 box of white cake mix, any brand
1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3 C. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 C. butter, melted
3 tbsp. milk

Pink food coloring

Mini Easter Bunny cookie cutter

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, flour, eggs, and vegetable oil.
Roll the mixture into 2 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet around about 2 to 3 inch a part. Make sure to make an even number of cookies. They each need a top and a bottom. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from your oven and let them cool down.
For the frosting, mix the powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk.
Add in several drops of  food coloring.
Use the mini bunny cookie cutter to cut out a cookie.
Frost a second cookie.
Place the cut out cookie on top of the frosted cookie.
Repeat with all cookies.

Voila!
