Way Better Snacks Sandwich and #Summer #Giveaway

Way Better #Sprouted Snacks Sandwich and #Giveaway

You enjoyed our last Way Better Snack Giveaway so much that we decided to do it again!

I am always looking for healthy snacks and new ways to include more plant based foods in our diet. So there is no coincidence that we have been snacking all day and night on Way Better Snacks. Eating sprouted foods has been a part of our lives for a long time.
We have been finding different ways to include Way Better Snacks in our meals. We often use them to replace bread crumbs or other ingredients. This time I had the idea of adding them inside my sandwich! Hello crunchiness! It was so delicious that I would love for you to try it out.

Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
1 leaf lettuce
1 slice provolone cheese
2 slices deli turkey breast

Directions
Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Top a bread slice with turkey, provolone cheese, avocado, and lettuce. Place the other bread slice on top and slice in half.

Enjoy!

I have sprouted different seeds with success. It’s a great way to now only get raw foods into your diet, but living ones as well – the best kind!

I LOVE salad. I love kale, cucumber, broccoli, tomatoes. As long as a few of those items are in it I am in love. Dressing can make a salad, but even just a turn of the salt shaker is enough if the cucumber and tomatoes are present.

Yes, between baby and cake weight I have a ton of weight to lose and instead of dieting I am just eating healthier. These seem like a great snack!

I really like Way Better Snacks. I like the ingredients and the taste. The chips are the best for hummus (strong so they don’t snap), great thinking on the sandwich!

I have heard about sprouting before…never tried to do it myself though. I think it’s healthier because the process takes the undigestible elements out of the foods and makes it more digestible.

I have heard a little bit about sprouting. I know that sprouts are really good for you although I don’t really understand why a sprouted seed is better for you than a seed that hasn’t sprouted yet.
