We were so excited to attend the Walmart Toy Testers this year. During two hours, we had the chance to go around and try hundreds of toys. It was like a giant playground full of wonderful new toys to try. There were many toy testing zones based on age categories, from eight months old to 12 year olds.

While our children were playing, we had the task of evaluating the toys based on different criteria including educational value, ease of use, and how our children were reacting. Surprisingly, my kids didn’t enjoy the toys I thought they would. They spent most of their time playing with the same toys even though we were free to go anywhere. I will definitely be buying these toys for Christmas!

It was really an incredible experience – everyone was so welcoming and they made sure we were energized by providing us with snacks and refreshment. I can’t wait to find out which toys were the most popular. We will have to wait for the list of the most popular toys for the 2014 holiday season.
