Fresh, fresh, and fresh. This is what came to my mind when I opened my Predp meal kit. The smell was unbelievable! I love cooking and grocery shopping but I surely enjoyed using Prepd too.
Prepd is much more than a meal delivery service. It is what you need to prepare a healthy, fresh and tasty meal. In your Prepd meal kit, you will find the ingredients and the recipes you need to prepare the meals. Prepd sources, measures, and pre-portions all of the ingredients needed (with the exception of a few staples: salt, pepper and a good cooking oil) for you to prepare the recipes. I was so surprised to see the ketchup already measured. Ha ha! It is really nice not to have to measure anything.
The meal kits are packaged to keep ingredients fresh, safe, and protected from the elements. You don’t even need to be home when your meal kit box is delivered! The recipe cards, which walked me through all the steps, are easy to understand. In less than 40 minutes, I was able to prepare this Black Bean Mushroom burger with roasted carrot chips. It was absolutely delicious! Even my meat eater family enjoyed it!
Their recipes are really fun and appetizing. Prepd plans 3 meals each week, costing only $10 each, delivery included. With the nice and fresh ingredients that are provided, I am sure that you would end up paying more if you were to buy everything yourself.
Another thing that really stands out is their passion for healthy eating and nutrition. My meal kit came with tips on how to keep my greens nice and crunchy. Prepd also makes every effort to support local farms and vendors. Upon delivery, you can expect to receive fresh and nutritious ingredients of the highest quality.
Being a brand new business, they currently only delivering to Toronto, ON. The specific boundaries are the 427 in the west, Steeles in the north, Victoria Park in the east and the lake in the south.

What a GREAT idea! I wish they would start up a Prepd franchise in Victoria, BC. I’d be all over that. I hate coming up with meal ideas everyday and I don’t have time to run around to buy tons of ingredients for one recipe. Great idea. Thanks for sharing!
