The Cancer Fighting Diet The Flying Couponer

The Cancer Fighting Diet

We all know that it is better for our health to reduce or avoid certain type of food. It is definitely not always an easy thing to do but this book will certainly help you to stay motivated. Reading The Cancer Fighting diet has taught me undeniable facts about food and its influence on our health.

I read this book from front to back in one night. There was just no way I was going to put it down. The Cancer Fighting Diet offers strategies to help weaken cancer cells and improve your treatment results. This book will give you detailed advice and even delicious recipes to help you fight against cancer. I was surprised to find out about the mechanisms in our body that can lead to the development of cancer cells. One fact struck me. Did you know that carbohydrates can fuel cancer cells? That reducing the amount of carbohydrates you are eating will make radiation and chemotherapy more effective? Cancer cells demand sugar and continuously use glucose from the blood. If there is no glucose in your blood the cells grow more slowly and can eventually die. I surely didn’t know anything about this. This is why I believe that everyone should read this book, whether you have cancer or not.

Dr. Coy discovered that neither a cancer cell’s origin nor its localization plays the main role in its malignancy. The cell’s metabolism does. This is why following this diet and trying out The Cancer Fighting recipes is so important. Using these recipes will help you to cut down on sugar to weakened the cancer cells who need sugar to survive. Eliminate sugar from your diet and starve the cancer cells.

THE CANCER FIGHTING DIET: Diet and Nutrition Strategies to Help Weaken Cancer Cells and Improve Treatment Results is published by Robert Rose.
