Aromatherapy is a method of using the essential oils to protect, heal and beautify. Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook Review

Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook Review

I have been enjoying the therapeutic proprieties of essential oils since I was a child. I remember my mother using eucalyptus oil to sooth my sore throat.

This year I brought my passion for essential oils to a new level. I have been using single oils and purchasing blends already made but once I discovered The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for everyday Wellness, I started to make my own blends. Purchasing essential oils and blending them myself has saved me a lot of money and helped me create the exact blends I need. After reading The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for everyday Wellness and understanding the basic concepts, the methods and procedures, I felt that I could safely do my own essential oil blends.

Ways to use essential oils for everything from arthritis and asthma to high blood pressure and constipation. Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook Review

Essential oils are a product of distillation or expression of the aromatic substance or essences found in plants. They have been used for centuries and are now getting a lot of attention and are emerging as scientifically proven. Aromatherapy is a method of using the essential oils to protect, heal and beautify. The best known way to employ oils is through massage, but as you’ll discover in this book, there are so many more ways to use them for everything from arthritis and asthma to high blood pressure and constipation. Also, all essential oils are antimicrobial/antibacterial to some degree and can be used in the creation of natural cleaning products.

This book features 109 oils and more than 450 remedies and uses. The recipes are easy to follow and do not take long to make. If you would like to learn more about therapeutic proprieties of essential oils, you should check out The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for everyday Wellness.
