Where can you find coupons?
This is the question that I am being asked the most often! They are different types of coupons and most of them are easy to get:
Printables: These coupons are found on the Internet from coupon sites like SmartSource and Healthy Essantials.
Tear pads: They are the pads of coupons that can be found by the products and sometimes on displays. You have to “tear” off a coupon that can be used immediately or another time.
Manufacturer Coupon: Manufacturer coupons are issued by manufacturers. You can find them in the Sunday paper and in some local newspaper. These coupons are inserts and come in little books called SmartSource, RedPlum and P&G.
Peelies: These coupons are placed on the products like a peel away sticker. If you see a peelie on a product you are buying, make sure to peel it off because most of the time they can be used immediately.
Hangtags: These coupons are usually found on drinks, syrups, laundry soaps and on anything else that has a “neck” to hang the coupon on.
eCoupons: These are digital coupons that you will find online. There are a few stores that offer eCoupons such as Michaels and Safeway.
Mail-out coupons: These coupons will be mailed directly to your home. You can sign up with these popular websites to order coupons:
websaver.ca
save.ca
gocoupons.ca
healthyessentials.ca
brandsaver.ca
Call-in coupons: You can get very nice coupons by emailing or calling directly the manafacturers. This is a very nice way to get rare coupons. I usually ask if they have coupons available and I make sure to add something personal.
Apps: There are many apps like Checkout 51 that will give you money back on specific products after you purchase them. SnapSaves is also a great app that will help you save money. Just like Checkout 51, you can receive cash back on your purchases every week.

Great reminder. I haven’t been couponing as much as I used to since the baby came.

I used to be so much better about using coupons. I really need to sit down and start clipping and printing again. I used to save a decent amount of money with them!

Thanks for this resource! I knew about all of them except calling in. I would love to try that on the products that I use the most and never see coupons for.

The last two are the ones that I never think about doing. Thanks for the reminder!
