What You Need to Make Your DIY Paper Flowers
The materials required are really easy to find. You probably have everything at home already. If not, a quick trip to the dollar store should do the trick.
DIY Paper Flowers Supplies
- Colourful Craft Papers
- Scissors
- Paper Glue
- TEMPLATE
How to Make Your DIY Paper Flowers
1. Take a coloured paper.
2. Draw a round shape on it.
3. Cut out the round shape.
4. Fold it in four.
5. Then fold the folded piece in half.
6. Draw zigzag shape on the opened side of the piece. Or you can use the template to draw the shape.
7. Cut along the zigzag mark.
8. Make some vertical cuts on the piece from the opened top side. Don’t cut all the way through.
9. Open up the fold.
10. Make a cut on the circle piece. Don’t cut all the way through, just until the centre.
11. Start rolling the paper from cut area.
12. After rolling it all the way you’ll get a cone, glue the end to secure it.
13. Take a green piece of paper.
14. Roll the paper diagonally starting from any corner.
15. After rolling it all the way you’ll get a stick shape, glue it and secure it.
16. Apply glue on the top of the stick.
17. Then put the flowers’ bottom on the glue area, and let it dry.
18. Cut out 2 leaves shape from the TEMPLATE.
19. Glue the leaves on the stick.
20. Make more!
