Easy Icing on a Budget

Easy Icing On a Budget

I really enjoy baking but I used to buy icing at the grocery store. Yuck. Big mistake! Easy to do and so tasteful, try my super Easy Icing on a Budget recipe and you won’t ever buy icing again.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation (5 mins)

In a bowl mix all the ingredients until the mixture is creamy and smooth. You can also add food coloring if desired. You can pretty much play around with all the ingredients to create the texture and the thickness that you want.

You need a chocolate version? Just add 1/3 cup cocoa powder to the vanilla frosting.

Enjoy and come back to tell me all about it!
