My Favourite Smoothie Recipe!
With the warm weather comes an irresistible urge to get healthier and make better food choices. One of the easiest ways to pack in more vitamins and nutrients is to drink a smoothie every day. There are so many great smoothie recipes out there, but none are as tasty as mine. Ah!
It is ridiculously easy to make your own smoothies at home using the new big pouches of iögo yogurt. If you haven’t tried them yet, there are three different varieties: iögo Original, iögo Probio and iögo Greek. Not only is this yogurt tasty, but it’s more convenient than ever. I can just grab a pouch from the fridge, open it, and pour it in my blender. Once I am done making smoothies for the whole family, I simply close the cap and put the pouch back in the fridge. The pouches are super easy to manipulate and they won’t leak if they fall on their side.
My favourite smoothie recipe is made with iögo Original, fresh strawberries, water and cilantro. Seriously, that’s it. Whatever your family’s favourite fruit, simply have plenty of it in the fridge along with a few pouches of iögo. Even better, stock up on frozen fruits so they are readily available all the time. You know, smoothies are not only for breakfast, they also make wonderful pre- and post-workout meals and healthy midnight snacks. With even more freshness, the iögo pouches are free of preservatives, artificial flavours, and gelatin.
You can also enjoy iögo pouches on its own or with your favourite toppings. I also use the iögo pouches for cooking my famous Greek Yogurt Chicken and my Creamy Potatoes recipe. Alright, stay tuned for the recipes. I bet you are definitely hungry now.
The new big pouches are available in three ranges:
- iögo Original, 975g (vanilla and strawberry)
- iögo Probio, 875g (vanilla and strawberry)
- iögo Greek, 750g (vanilla and plain)
By the way, always keep your eyes open for coupons. I have used so many different iögo coupons over the years. Eating healthy and saving money has never been this easy.

This post is brought to you by iögo, but the images and opinions are my own.

I don’t make smoothies too often, but my kids eat yogurt like its going out of style. I love the new iogo container. I can customize the amounts for each child based on their eating habits without worry that it will go to waste!
