Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 egg
1 cup, mashed bananas
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a cookie sheet with canola oil
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda
Mash bananas
Add vanilla to the mashed bananas
Add egg and beat mixture until light in texture
Gradually add in flour to the mixture
