I love laughing so much, it is not a coincidence that my favorite movies are comedies. My family has been watching Mr. Popper’s Penguins more times than I can count. Each time we laugh at the same jokes and enjoy watching the cute penguins in action. In this adaptation of Richard and Florence Atwater’s children’s book, Jim Carrey takes on the role of Mr. Popper, a businessman who inherits a small flock of penguins and must transform his Manhattan apartment into an arctic habitat.

There’s nothing more comforting for our kids when they’re not feeling well, than curling up with mommy and daddy on the couch with a Netflix movie or show.
