New Bertolli Olive Oil Sprays
We have been using olive for many years now. We love the taste and all the health benefits that come with it. Olive oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids which helps keep the cardio circulatory system in good health. It is also rich in phenolic compounds which act as natural anti-oxidants, and is also a significant source of Vitamin E.
There is no coincidence that I wanted to review the new Bertolli Olive Oil Sprays. I received the Bertolli Olive Oil Extra Virgin spray and the Bertolli Olive Oil Extra Light Tasting spray. We were really pleased to find out that these sprays are propellant-free and do not contain any chemicals or additives.
We mainly like to add olive oil to our salads. I find that it keeps the flavor intact and we can fully taste the aroma. The recipe below was made with one of my favorite olive oils- the Bertolli Olive Oil Extra Virgin spray . You should give it a try!
Ingredients
4 eggs, hard boiled, cut lengthwise
1 canned flaked tuna
Romaine lettuce
Bertolli Olive Oil Extra Virgin spray
Vinaigrette
¼ cup lemon juice and 1 tsp Dijon mustard mixed together
Preparation
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and add the vinaigrette. Slowly spray Bertolli Olive Oil Extra Virgin on top of your salad.

Cooking with olive oil is a main stay in this house hold, whether it but for a quick sauté or on a salad, it improves the flavour greatly.
That is a very good idea! I actually take my olive oil and put it in a spray bottle…buying this would alleviate me having to do that.

This is great! I’ve tried putting olive oil in spritzers and it doesn’t work. I had no idea Bertolli is selling these – want to try asap for all those delish summer salads and other foods that only need a spray!
