Richtree Square One Grand Opening

Have been been to Square One Mall recently? You must have noticed the new gorgeous North Side wing! I sure did! It is bright and modern and the perfect spot for a bran new Richtree Natural Market Restaurant. The famous restaurant just moved to the North Wing Expansion, on Level One, and will re-open on December 8! They will be hosting a grand opening that day and through the week.

With the Christmas holidays coming our way, it is reassuring that we will have access to fresh and healthy food while shopping at Square One Mall. Richtree only uses fresh, organic, and whenever possible, locally produced foods that do not contain artificial ingredients, hormones, or antibiotics. Richtree definitely has a little something for everyone – everything from pizza and burgers, to sushi and salads, and even fresh juice and a coffee bar! The new restaurant is beautiful with large seating areas and delicious new menu options, like tacos & burritos. Yum!

To help celebrate the new Square One Mississauga location, Richtree Natural Market Restaurant teamed up with Abbey Sharp, a Registered Dietician and talented food writer. Abbey Sharp knows how to navigate food court options available in leading shopping malls. Abbey Sharp is sharing her top tips for healthy eating in food courts this holiday season. She suggests that we should start our morning mall shopping by eating a good breakfast and by having healthy and natural snacks during the day. Another important tip that Abbey gives us is to take our time when we eat and enjoy our food. We all eat on the run too often and that adds unnecessary stress to our day.
