Sparkling Cherry Champagne Pops

Whether you’re going for a family outing with the kids or a a boozy picnic with friends, this easy Sparkling Ice recipe will be the key to a refreshing and fun picnic!

Sparkling Cherry Champagne Pops

Ingredients

Popsicle Mold

Popsicle sticks

1 bottle Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry

1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine

1 container of fresh raspberries, chopped

 

Directions

Fill your trays or molds with half Sparkling Ice and half champagne, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries.  If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil.  Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube.  If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds.   Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. This recipe works with any of your favorite Sparkling Ice flavors and fresh fruit.
