These St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Cookies are perfectly chewy and are made with high-quality cocoa powder and green chocolate-covered candies. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

If you are looking for a fun and easy dessert for St. Patrick’s Day, look no further.  These St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Cookies are perfect. They are both chewy and chocolate-y and the green candies just pop off the dark chocolate cookies.

During St. Patrick’s Day, there are a lot of mint dessert recipes but I must admit that I am not a fan of mint-flavored recipes. That is why I created these cookies completely in chocolate flavor with a nice hint of caramel goodness.
