The first time I heard of phytoplankton was in a biology class many years ago. We learned that phytoplankton are microorganisms found in fresh and saltwater and that they are one of the very first forms of life on earth.
Superfood: Benefits of Phytoplankton
I never thought that 20 years later I would be ingesting some. I have been taking Karen Marine Phytoplankton for a few weeks now to improve my overall health. The superfood Karen Marine Phytoplankton is a new strain of phytoplankton that is now registered with Health Canada. It is considered to be the exact same category as eating kale, spinach, and broccoli. Karen products are packed with omega fatty acids, vitamins A, C, D and K, beta carotene, dietary fibre, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, selenium, iron and protein. It contains only 100% pure marine phytoplankton. That being said, it is not surprising that so many people are reporting amazing health benefits. According to company-led studies, Karen is effective in treating everything from digestive issues, fibromyalgia, inflammation, migraines, to chronic pain, low energy and skin issues such as eczema and psoriasis.
The company behind Karen phytoplankton is Blugenics Innovations Ltd., which launched in November 2015 in New Brunswick. In only one year, sales have reached $1.8 million! If you wonder if Karen phytoplankton is safe for consumption, you will be happy to know that it is produced in a facility that is certified according to strict global food safety protocols HACCP and ISO 22,000, meaning the product is non-toxic and entirely safe for consumption.
Karen is available over-the-counter at pharmacies, health food stores, and health and wellness centres across Canada in powder and tablet form for $49.99. They are currently offering Canadians a 30-day trial challenge with a full money back guarantee. It’s worth a try! A dermo-cosmetic moisturizing skin cream is also available online for $59.99. Visit www.thekarenproject.ca for more information.
Please consult your doctor if you are on prescription blood thinners or thyroid medication and have been told to stay off greens, as Karen Marine Phytoplankton contains Vitamin K and a small trace of Iodine. I would suggest talking to your doctor about Karen Marine Phytoplankton no matter what your situation is.
Blugenics is offering you 10% off on all Karen Phytoplankton products. Use the Coupon code: KAREN4FRIENDS. Expires: December 31, 2017. Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Unlimited usage per coupon and per person.

I’ve never heard of this stuff and the word plankton means seaweed to me but if it can help me be healthier then that’s great. Great post !

I’ve not heard of this before but it does seem very expensive to me. 30 tablets would only last you a week if you have take 4 per day and at $50 a pop we are talking real money here. As a pensioner this is by no means affordable for me.

I just received a 30 day supply from you the box is damage
Probably from post office!
My concern is it says 1 to 4 per day !
That’s not a months supply!
I thought this was a trial as an ambassador to give my input however this is not even a month supply?!
I’m willing to give my feed back as I have on the cream but I won’t have enough to accurately give my input!
