Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bark #Holidays

Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bark #Holidays

Looking for a fun and festive holiday edible gift idea? Don’t look any further! Adaptable for any holiday, this delicious and simple recipe will make your family and friends wanting more.

One of my favorite brand of popcorn is the well-known GH Cretors. So there is no coincidence that I chose to make this GH Cretors Sweet and Salty Holiday Popcorn Bark recipe. Simple ingredients, great taste! From the color to the flavor, there is nothing artificial in GH Cretors popcorn.

Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bark #Holidays Chicago Mix

I love the fact that GH Cretors is using brown rice syrup instead of the usual corn syrup. Do you know why? It has a low glycemic value compared to sugar! Not to mention the fact that brown rice syrup has such a pure and delicate sweetness.

Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bark Recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1.5 lb. dark chocolate
8 cups of GH Cretors Organic Simply Salted Popcorn
(Tips: Try not to eat them all before making the recipe)
1/2 cup toffee bits
(You can make your own toffee or purchase it)
1 cup dried cherries

Directions

Line 2 9×13-inch baking sheets with parchment paper. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring slowly until melted. Remove from heat and pour half of the chocolate evenly on the 2 baking sheets. Spread nicely to make a nice and even lawer. Top with popcorn, toffee bits and dried cherries. Drizzle the rest of chocolate on top. Season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break popcorn mixture into chunks. Enjoy!
