Planning a baby shower is so exciting! It doesn’t have to be complicated and over the top. Keep things simple and fun. Here are my favourite tips for planning a baby shower.

Tips for Planning a Baby Shower
After all the basics are covered- setting the date, the place, and the guest list, you will want to choose a theme. A theme brings a lot of fun to a baby shower. You could choose a colour theme or a character theme like butterflies, animals, and cartoons. If the sex of the baby is not known, yellow, pink, or blue could be a nice and simple theme.
Once you have decided on your theme, it’s time to set the menu. Finger foods are definitely the way to go. They are so easy to prepare and the possibilities are endless. Mini quiches, sandwiches, cheese and crackers, tray of vegetables, and bite size desserts are perfect to feed your guests. For drinks I would suggest fruit juices and sparkling water. You can even mix the together for a refreshing and fun drink.
The next step would be to shop for gifts. I know how fun it is to buy the cutest baby outfits ever but try not to buy to0 many. I received so many baby clothes that I didn’t have time to use them all. If you need inspiration, Best Buy has many great baby items available.
