What Your Wedding Planner Won’t Tell You. Getting Married.

What Your Wedding Planner Won’t Tell You.

Do you plan on having a wedding planner? If you’re like most people, you’ll probably get married at some point in your life. The idea of a hiring someone to help you sounds amazing, however, there are some things your wedding planner won’t tell you.

There is someone cheaper than them out there- It’s true! Your wedding planner isn’t going to tell you that there is someone who charges less than them. Why would they tell you that?

Your idea stinks- You are paying your wedding planner to do whatever you want, so they aren’t going to tell you your ideas stink. That’s not a bad thing, though if you want something a certain way for your wedding, a complete stranger isn’t going to change your mind.

You don’t have to take out a mortgage to have a wedding- Getting married is fun and exciting, but that is really not what it’s about. A wedding planner wants you to pay them (of course!) However, they won’t tell you that you don’t have to take out a mortgage to have a wedding. They’ll let you spend what you want on a wedding because it’s your wedding.

They know more than you- Trust me, they know a lot more than you do. Well, because they plan weddings for a living. Even though they know more than you, they won’t let you know that. However, ask away and I’m sure they’ll bestow their wedding knowledge upon you!

Planning a wedding is tough, which is why it is sometimes a good idea to hire someone to help. Most people hire a wedding planner because they like the idea of having someone walk them through the process. Enjoy every minute of it but just keep in mind that there are things that your wedding planner won’t tell you.
