Brown Sugar Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a square pan with parchment paper or grease the bottom with butter.
  2. In a microwave container, add the brown sugar, the white sugar, and the cream.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes.
  4. Stir gently and cook for another 6 minutes.
  5. Add the butter and beat with an electric mixer at high speed for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thicker.
  6. Spread evenly in the pan and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and cut into 1-inch squares.
