September is officially upon us and will bring to us all of its splendors and warm colours. While I enjoy every season to its fullest, I am always looking forward the next one. A new season always feels like a new beginning- going back to school, the holidays, the new fashion trends (yay!), and a full force return of heartwarming recipes. My grandson had to eat gluten free for about 3 months while the Drs sorted out whether that was causing his problems. I am relieved that that wasn’t his problem. I found it amazing what foods it was contained in. One of my sons is lactose intolerant and it was the same there, you have to read every label very carefully. Thankfully no- a-days there is more comprehensive labelling and more food specifically for these intolerances.

Halloween is on its way & we absolutely LOVE pumpkin seeds at this time of year. I would make the Sugared Pumpkin Seeds by Gator Mommy Reviews, they look like a sweet little snack!

These all look so yummy but I think my favorite would be the Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars recipe by Tale of a Ranting Ginger. And they wil be an easy recipe to make…. I love anything with peanut butter!!
