The Equestria Girls is the first movie of the series. After a crown is stolen from the Crystal Empire in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle chases the thief into an alternate world only to find herself become a teenage girl. Personally, if I were a pony, transforming myself into a high school student would be a total nightmare. I must give to Twilight Sparkle a lot of credit because she did amazing in Equestria.

The second movie of the series is Rainbow Rocks. While hosting a musical showcase, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy prepare to perform against a new girl group. The new girls turned the friendly showcase into a Battle of the Bands creating tension among everyone. Who will win the battle and save the school? I’m not telling you! Haha!

Friendship Games is the third movie of the series. In a competition that is a long-standing tradition, Canterlot High meets its rival school, Crystal Prep Academy. Sunset Shimmer has been given the responsibility to keep the magic in check during the games, only to find herself in a real Equestrian magic mess. Is this world’s Twilight Sparkle to blame?
