There are many things you can do to lower your allergies in the Spring. I try to reduce my exposure to pollen by delegating the gardening chores and by keeping the windows and doors closed as much as possible. Anything or anyone that goes outside, including the kids and the family pets, has the potential to bring pollen inside my house. It is impossible to eliminate completely all allergens from my home but I try to wash our clothes and bed sheets as much as possible. If the pollen counts are high, I will try to stay indoors as much as possible, especially in the morning when pollen counts are at their highest.
