Inexpensive Costumes for Kids and Adults:
Ghost – Use a white sheet or table cloth, cut the holes for the eyes…. VOILA.
Doll – Buy a onesie, braid hair and tie with bows. Then, using makeup or face paint draw on exaggerated rosy cheeks and eye lashes. Cheap and adorable.
Trolls – All you need is some hair spray and some hair gel to put your hair up into a cone shape. Then, you can spray it with temporary hair colour, put on any outfit you please and draw some freckles on your face. Done.
Scarecrow – This is as simple as throwing on a straw hat, a flannel shirt and stuffing some straw here and there throughout the outfit.
Mummy – Throw on some white clothes, wrap some toilet paper around you and dot it with fake blood. Finito.
Vampire – purchase some fake fangs at the dollar store, paint blood down the side of your mouth and buy a cape. Easy peasy.
