How To Become a Healthy Vegetarian

There are so many reasons why many of us are vegetarian and many others are hoping to become one. Becoming Vegetarian is a journey. It is probably not always an easy one, but you will definitely enjoy the positive impact of a plant-based diet.

The basics of vegetarian eating is a mindfulness of the food you eat. You have to focus on what you eat rather than what you don’t eat. A vegetarian diet can range from very strict to flexible. It is all about finding what you like and what works for you. How you get there and the extent of it really depends on your personal goals. Maybe you would like to eat less meat and find a diet that fits your lifestyle? It is totally up to you!

Although we are not vegetarians, we do eat a largely plant-based diet and have a huge garden in the summer. We started with this early on so that are kids would learn to love healthy foods.

Looks like a great book. We eat more fresh veggies in the summer, fresh from the garden and what is in season at the grocery store.
