How to Stay Healthy this Winter

No news here, winter is just around the corner. We have been sick on and off for a few months now and I’m afraid that the cold and flu season won’t be helping. With all the chaos and loss of sleep that a cold brings in our home, I decided that I was going to fight for real this year.

Prevention is a definite first step in fighting against any nasty virus or bacteria. To avoid getting sick in the first place, I just placed a massive health arsenal order this week on HealthSnap.ca. From vitamins and nasal rinse to probiotics, I’ve got every angle covered. HealthSnap is an online pharmacy based in Toronto, Ontario. They offer a wide range of products in many different categories- medicine, vitamins and supplements, personal care, beauty, mommy and baby, diet and fitness, and many others. When you order from HealthSnap.ca, you have the option of getting your order shipped to your door or to go pick it up in a pharmacy in your their neighborhood. It is really nice to have the option of picking up because it allows allows for fast delivery and lower shipping costs. Most pharmacies will even offer same day pickup on orders placed before 10h00 am ET.

I can’t wait to receive my order next week. Some of the items I will be receiving are Centrum Multivitamin for Men, Centrum Multivitamin for Women, Ester-C Immune Support Coated Tablets, Hydrasense Full Stream Hydrating Nasal Care, HydraSense Gentle Mist Daily Nasal Care Spray, Jamieson Probiotic.

I really enjoyed using the website as it is super user friendly and you don’t need to go out shopping. They also have a clearance section, it can’t get any better that that. Check out HealthSnap.ca on Facebook and follow them on Twitter to find out more about their services.

I can’t wait to go sledding. I will have to drag my nephew along as an excuse. People will be saying ‘how sweet. she goes sledding with her nephew.’ but really he’s just there as an excuse so i can go down.

I feel something coming on already – my method of attack is getting to bed early and drinking lots of water – and washing my hands like a crazy woman!!! 🙂

I try hard to stay healthy at all times, not just during the winter months. I’ve had my flu shot and hope to avoid any drastic illnesses but I have still managed to catch a cough and cold grrr! Still it is seldom that I do catch one so I can’t grumble 🙂
ps why is it that on a lot of the posts I can’t make a comment since there’s no place to do so?
