Mini Pumpkin Cheese Balls Ingredients You Will Need
- 5 oz Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 15-17 Ritz Crackers
- Cheez it Crackers (finely crushed)
- Celery
- Parsley
How to Make Mini Pumpkin Cheese Balls
In a medium size bowl, mix the cream cheese and the shredded cheese.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop about 1 Tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Place in fridge for about 10-15 minutes to firm them up just a bit.
Take the finely crushed Cheez Its and place in a bowl. Add one ball and roll around in the mixture until well coated.
Cut up the celery into skinny ½ inch pieces. Place one stalk into a ball. Add a piece of parsley if you wish. I made some with and some without.
Serve and Enjoy!!!
Make them into a big cheese ball
These mini balls are more like cheese ball bites, they are a lot smaller than the average cheese ball. If you would like to make them into a big one, simply mold the cream cheese mixture into one big ball.
