    Yes, my goal was to exercise 5-6 days a week. I schedule my workouts into my calendar so I know which one to do daily.

    I’ve been trying to get 150 minutes of exercise every week. I’m not doing too badly. I break it down into 15 or 30 min sessions and it seems so much easier that way.

    I don’t do resolutions yet mid last year my goal became to cut sugars and carbs as much as possible and I still must remain a life long goal/lifestyle.

    yes I am. my resolution was quite simple actually. It is, Be a better me! I’m not as angry, I eat better, Started exercising, I meditate. I have kicked all negativity to the curb! Go me!

    My goal is to lose the baby weight from my child born in December. So far so good. I’m watching What i eat and drinking more water. Only 8 more lbs to go. Woot woot!!

    I am struggling to stick my my goals. I wanted to reduce my sugar intake and eat more fruits and veggies. It’s too easy to fall back into old patterns!

    My resolution was to eat healthier and so far it is going well. I take it day by day and to make it easier I prepare as much as I can in advance so grabbing that healthy snack is much easier

    So far I am doing pretty well! My goal is to be saving money for my first car, and so far I have put away funds every 2 weeks since New Year’s! Hope I can keep it up.

    My goal was to drink more water (I am doing well with this – I’ve been keeping a pitcher of water right on my desk), and to eat healthier (I’ve been preparing most of my meals and snacks)

    So far I am staying on track with my goals. I wanted to start eating healthier and at home more often. I have been meal planning, which is the only way I can manage. It’s still tempting to pick up the quick options that aren’t as healthy but so far so good.

    My goal was to do strength training and I’ve been sticking with it. I have a friend who’s really into exercise so I check in with him a lot and that helps to keep me motivated.

    So far it’s been real good, mine was to stop spending money and to budget better, the only thing I have done wrong was buy 5 t-shirts at Walmart and that was only because they were marked down to $3.00 I couldn’t pass that deal

    When baby boy goes down for a nap, I jump on the elliptical or lift weights for a bit. Sometimes I have 20 minutes, sometimes I have 10 minutes, sometimes I have 5 minutes. At least I get some workout in. It’s easier in the warmer weather. I can run with my son in the jogging stroller. Can’t wait for that.

    My goal was to drink more water. I have a water bottle that I carry around with me. That way I reach for the water inside of a sugary drink. It seems to be working.
