Stay Healthy Giveaway
Another fabulous year has just started and I am still on track with new goals for 2015. I prefer to call my resolutions “goals”, as it seems to be easier to maintain. Hehe! My family and I have a pretty serious goal in mind – we want to be healthier. Our goal is all about health – from eating to exercising and from sleeping more to choosing to be happy.
I am really realistic about our New Year’s goals. I know it won’t happen overnight but with small steps every day. I think it is probably the easiest way to make sure we will be sticking to them.
We have been using some of the products available in the Orange Naturals Starter kit for adults and the Orange Naturals Starter kit for kids. To get started, you can invest in a few products and see what your family likes. I am a huge fan of the ND Shake Kids and the ND Shake Women. My husband and I also enjoy the Oil of Oregano and the Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels. Orange Naturals has so many supplements that can help support your family’s health goals for 2015.

My tip for staying healthy is to just start. Whether it’s running (just put your shoes on) , quitting smoking (just skip the next cigarette) or eating better (have a glass of water first), taking a first small step is better than nothing. I am doing my best this year to stay active with several interests to keep me going. These include running, yoga and fencing.
