Ingredients you will need for your Super Easy Fudge Recipe
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (285 g)
2 tbsp butter (30 ml)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (125 ml)
Instructions
Butter a 23 x 10 cm (9 x 4-inch) loaf pan. Line with a strip of parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips and butter. Melt in the microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the condensed milk and stir again until smooth.
Pour into the pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm to the touch.
Removes the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
