Super Easy Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 285 g
  • 2 tbsp butter 30 ml
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 125 ml

Instructions

  1. Butter a 23 x 10 cm (9 x 4-inch) loaf pan. Line with a strip of parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips and butter. Melt in the microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add the condensed milk and stir again until smooth.
  4. Pour into the pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm to the touch.
  5. Removes the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
  6. Enjoy!
